Svenska vecka 40 år 9

Den här veckan arbetar vi med respons - både med att ge och att bearbeta efter den respons vi fått på våra resereportage. Sedan färdigställer vi reportagen, de ska vara färdiga och inlämnade senast fredag den  4 oktober kl 23.39.

English 7A and 7B week 39

This week you will begin do prepare your oral presentation. But first:

1. We watch a documentary about the pirate Captain Morgan
2. Read the text "Blackbeard" on Digilär and answer the questions. 
3. Begin to prepare your oral presentation about a famous pirate (in pairs)

English 9A and 9B, week 38

During the lessons this week, we will watch the first episode of "Welcome to Sweden". Later on, you will begin to work with the assignment "A Day in Sweden".

English 7A and 7B week 38

This week, you will begin to work with the assignments on Digilär. You find the assignments on your page "Engelska år 7".

English 7B Thursday, 7A Friday

It´s time for your first homework quiz :), we do it with help from Quizizz. After the test, you will log in to Digilär and begin to familiarize yourself with the teaching materials.

English 7A Wednesday

Today is the Memorial Day of 9/11 - 18 years ago, Ai Quida did a horrible attack against the USA. We will talk about what happened and watch a short clip from the news this day. After that, we will begin to take a look at the assignments on Digilär.

English 7B Tuesday

Today, we will begin to work with a new theme "Pirates". We take a look at some words (you find them in our English team) on Quizlet and watch a short animated film called "Blackbeard, Bluebeard and Redbeard - A pirate story". We will also see a short documentary called "Pirate Ship Wreck Uncovered" and practise our listening skills.

English 9B, Monday

You have now analysed different sources of the same piece of news. Using the keywords, you noted as well as your answers to the various questions. You find more information under the page "Engelska år 9".

First of all, we will watch the latest news about Dorian. 

English 7A Friday

Svenska år 9 torsdag

Vi fortsätter med reportaget om Fränsta som ni skriver tillsammans i er studiegrupp. Ni kommer att få tre lektioner på er att skriva ert reportage (sista lektionen idag för 9B). Under fliken "Svenska år 9" hittar ni tips på vad ni ska tänka på när ni skriver. När ni är färdiga ska ni byta reportage med en annan grupp och ge varandra respons på texterna.

English 7B Thursday

Today, it has been time for you to do a presentation about yourself. First of all, I want you to listen to my presentation on Flipgrid, after that I want you to record your presentation with the help of Flipgrid. More information about your presentation can you find under the headline "Engelska år 7".

English 7A Wednesday

Today, we will begin to take a look at the Hurricane Dorian. After that you will:

1. Finish your presentation at Flip Grid
2. Practise some irregular verbs
3. Play Quizlet Live

English 9B - Monday

Hurricane Dorian
During today's lesson, we will take a look at the hurricane Dorian which has strengthened into a powerful category 5 storm as it powered into Bahamas Sunday. We will first see some news about the hurricane and later on, you will take a look at some news about Dorian together in your study groups.  More information about the task is to find under the headline "Engelska 9".
